Decluttering is the process of removing unnecessary items from your home to create a more organized and functional space. Decluttering helps to reduce stress, improve productivity, and enhance the overall aesthetic of your home.

What if my house is an absolute disaster and I’m embarrassed to let people visit, let alone sort through my stuff?

I am extremely down-to-earth and non-judgemental, I have a huge variety of friends and family who struggle to maintain their homes and I can guarantee your house is unlikely to be the worst I’ve seen. I will always maintain your privacy and the details of your situation will not be shared without your express permission. Besides, the more extreme the situation, the more satisfying the results will be in the end!

Will I need to buy storage items or spend extra on purchasing things to get the job done?

I will use what you have in your home currently or suggest items that suit your budget and style. We will keep what you like, sell or donate the rest if you feel able to do that, there is NO pressure to purchase anything. I have no affiliation with any supply or storage companies.

Do you have EFTPOS facilities available?

Yes I do.

What are your payment terms?

Payment is required in full on the day of service.

What is your cancellation policy?

Notice of cancellation must be provided a minimum of 24 hours prior to commencement of your service. A $30 fee applies for late cancellations.
